Rooms: There are eight rooms located on the two main areas of the home. The bedrooms are equally divided, two up and two on the main level. The living room is formal. The kitchen is galley style. There is also a formal dining room. The family room, which includes a stone wood-burning fireplace, is amazing in size.
Strengths: There is a comfortable mixture of original hardwood flooring along with carpeting. The home does need some attention here and there, but based on the current value and the location, with a little effort this home could be restored to its original beauty and have a much higher assessment.

Location: Just off of Indiana 135 in Brown County, approximately four miles south of Indiana 46.

Rooms: There are nine rooms in this historical home. The great room presents a most impressive image with the stunning oak plank flooring and the typical Brown County stone fireplace. There is also a breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen, along with the laundry room and the main-level master bedroom. Strengths: Trees, wildlife and serenity. The location of the home speaks for itself. When the season changes to fall, we each wish we had a place to travel to that is as relaxing and inspiring as this home. Rooms: There are seven rooms. The living room has vaulted ceiling, paddle fans, built-in bookshelves and a corner gas fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and is supported by the breakfast bar and the kitchen-dining room combination. The other areas include the three bedrooms and a nice size laundry room that also serves as the mechanical room for the furnace and hot water heater.
Strengths: There is an added value with this property. By being on the golf course, the home offers a feeling of complete openness. It’s not only the size of the lot that creates the gap, but throughout the home are three sets of double French doors that help to provide the feeling of distance and present access to the huge deck that stretches across the back of the home.

Rooms: In addition to the two bedrooms, there are seven other areas throughout this elegant condominium. The great room has a masonry gas log fireplace with built-in bookshelves and raised ceilings. Location: Just west of Indianapolis, within the Avon Community School System. Square Footage: 2,744 SF. The main floor has 1,624 square feet and the basement contains another 1,120 square feet. Rooms: There are six rooms on the main level of the home and three rooms throughout the basement. The three bedrooms each have new hardwood floors. There also is a formal living room, as well as a huge kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, ceramic tile floors and stainless appliances. The house also has a formal dining room that would accommodate a large holiday party. The basement provides a lot of opportunity to expand the family space with two bonus rooms and the laundry room. Strengths: The home was built in 1966, but has very recently been completely remodeled. Some of the updating included a new high efficiency furnace and A/C, all-new hickory hardwood floors and carpeting, new fixtures in the bathroom and ceramic tile walls and a revamped kitchen from floor to ceiling.
