Strengths: There is a comfortable mixture of original hardwood flooring along with carpeting. The home does need some attention here and there, but based on the current value and the location, with a little effort this home could be restored to its original beauty and have a much higher assessment.

Rooms: There are seven rooms. The living room has vaulted ceiling, paddle fans, built-in bookshelves and a corner gas fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and is supported by the breakfast bar and the kitchen-dining room combination. The other areas include the three bedrooms and a nice size laundry room that also serves as the mechanical room for the furnace and hot water heater.
Strengths: There is an added value with this property. By being on the golf course, the home offers a feeling of complete openness. It’s not only the size of the lot that creates the gap, but throughout the home are three sets of double French doors that help to provide the feeling of distance and present access to the huge deck that stretches across the back of the home.

Strengths: This is a newer home located off the beaten path between Mann Road and Ind. 67 near Winding River Golf Course. It’s not in the country, but you feel like it is.
