Doug Williams files lawsuit against the school board

Dr. H. Douglas Williams, placed on indefinite administrative leave since November, filed suit Tuesday against the Perry Township School Board and two of its officers.
His attorney, Jay H. Yeager, Jr. of Baker & Daniels, Indianapolis, filed the suit in U.S. District Court against the board, and president Susan M. Adams and vice president Nancy Walsh.
The school board to date has not given reasons to terminate Williams

Perry Twp. School Improvements

Perry Township School Board approved the selling of mid-year tax warrants amounting to $12.8 million Monday night.
School system business manager Bill Brown said the money was needed because of the late collection of property taxes this year.

Davin E. Harpe named principal of South Creek Elementary in Franklin Township
