Starting on Friday, Hoosiers can experience the power of a hurricane up close and personal as never before encountered this far inland with Hurricane on the Bayou. The IMAX Theater in the Indiana State Museum brings moviegoers to the eye of the storm with this powerful look into the soul-stirring heart of Louisiana before, during and after the unprecedented devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Through the narration of Academy Award-winning actress Meryl Streep, Hoosiers will dive into the ongoing story of Hurricane Katrina, the recovery thus far and the hope New Orleans has achieved through its rich culture.
