Beech Grove Redevelopment Commission will meet tonight (11.13.08)
Notice has been given that the Members of the Beech Grove Redevelopment Commission will convene on tonight at 7 p.m. at the Hornet Park Community Center, located at 5245 Hornet Avenue, to consider the following matters:
Adoption of a Declaratory Resolution to create a separate allocation area consisting of the current St. Francis Hospital campus located at 17th and Albany Streets (the “Allocation Area”) and approving an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Beech Grove Integrated Redevelopment District to include revised plans for the Allocation Area.
Adoption of a Resolution authorizing certain Bonds for the benefit of the Allocation Area and the Redevelopment District and pledging Tax Increment Revenues from the Allocation Area to the payment of such Bonds and other bonds to be issued by the City.
Such other matters that may come before the Commission at that time.
