Bright House, WISH-TV reach agreement
WISH-TV and parent company LIN TV Corp. have granted rebroadcasting rights to Bright House Networks, a deal that will return local and network CBS programming – including Indianapolis Colts games – to the TV sets of more than 125,000 Bright House Networks customers in central Indiana.
Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
Effective earlier this morning, Bright House Networks has rights to rebroadcast local and national CBS programming on WISH-TV – including all Indianapolis Colts games – and programming on WNDY.
“We’re elated that we now have permission from WISH-TV to rebroadcast its programming for our customers throughout central Indiana,” said Buz Nesbit, president of Bright House Networks Indiana. “It has been an exceptionally difficult time for our customers and I am thankful for their patience and understanding during negotiations.”
