Johneses celebrate 50th anniversary
Walter S. and Diana C. (Meier) Johnes will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on March 9, 2013. The couple married on March 9, 1963 in Beech Grove. Walter is retired from Mallory. Diana is a retired kindergarten aide from Abraham Lincoln Elementary School in Perry Township. Their children are Jennifer Brehob of Indianapolis, Stephani Remetta and James Johnes of Greenwood and Jonathon Johnes of Indianapolis. They have nine grandchildren. The Johnes family will celebrate the anniversary with a private family dinner.
