Boys entering grades 2-9 this fall are eligible for summer basketball camps offered by the University of Indianapolis men’s varsity basketball team. Camp is available in two sessions, June 21 – 24 and July 26 – 29, with activities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday. Campers will work individually and in groups on ball handling, shooting, passing, defense and other skills.
The camps are directed by UIndy Head Coach Stan Gouard, now entering his third season with the Greyhounds. As a player, Gouard led the Univeresity of Southern Indiana to a national championship in 1995 and twice was named NCAA Division II National Player of the Year.
