Air Frce Airman Richard D. Rackleyo graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Richard Rackley of Spring Flower Court, and Robbin Campbel of Selago Drive, both of Indianapolis. Rackley is a 2008 graduate of Franklin Central High School.
Army Pfc. Ryan D. VanBuskirk has graduated from the Basic Field Artillery Cannon Crewmember Advanced Individual Training course at Fort Sill, Lawton, Oklahoma. He is the son of Steve D. VanBuskirk of Old Orchard Drive, Oaklandon, Indiana and grandson of Patty J. Ramey of North 17th Ave., Beech Grove. The private is a 2003 graduate of Warren Central High School, Indianapolis.
