ADD MUSTARD SEEDS

Like other members of the brassica family, mustard seeds contain glucosinolate phytonutrients that have been found to have anticarcinogenic properties. They are also rich in antioxidant nutrients including the mineral selenium as well as flavanoid antioxidants. Mustard seeds are an excellent addition to your diet not only because they are nutritious, but also because they are low in calories: Two tablespoons contain only 35 calories.
