Strengths: The special aspect about this property is that it is located within the Indianapolis city limits and has more than seven acres. This home was custom built in 2002, but it has never been lived in, which makes it still practically brand new. And, with the huge barn there is more than just adequate storage; the owners can use that facility for cars, motor homes or hobbies.

Challenges: There are no association fees when you live on a multi-acre estate, but there is a lot of grass to mow. To best suit the owners, you better make sure that there is a red tractor with a big 60-inch mowing deck somewhere in that barn.
